Open the message
Click on View and then Options from the drop-down menu.
Look for the section titled Internet Headers.

Now use your mouse to highlight the headers, use Ctrl-V to copy them and use Ctrl-C to paste them into the body of a file or the e-mail you need to send in.

Right click on the message in the inbox and select Properties.
Click on the Details tab
Click the Message Source Button.
