Photograph MorphingThe newest issue involves morphing photos. Children's heads attached to adults' bodies which have been miniaturized, with body & pubic hair removed technologically. A law, adopted in 1996 in the US, made this illegal, but because with morphed images, no children are actually being molested, this has been held unconstitutional in certain courts in the US, & is likely to be heard by the US Supreme Court on constitutionality issues. |
