WiredKids > A Note to Parents
A Note to ParentsThank you for considering Wiredkids as an Internet resource for your child. Our main purpose is to keep the kids safe and we've integrated that into many of our programs. We encourage parents to be involved in what we're doing and we're always here to answer questions or deal with concerns. We can be contacted any time be e-mailing the Our WiredKids activities, classes and communities are run by trained WiredKids Division members who have made a commitment to keeping these kids safe online. In our WiredKids Communities, we've taken extra safety precautions to try to keep your child safe while they're with us and that's why we require such detailed information when you sign your child up. Included in that information is the requirement for a Letter of Good Standing from your child's school. This is one of the ways we attempt to ensure that no adults will join us masquerading as children. If you child is not attending a public school we would be happy to make other arrangements, simply contact us and we'll provide you with some other options. If you would like to see some of the activities and clubs we offer
in our community you can simply click here. We hope you'll allow your
child/children to join us. Every child we educate now will later become
a cyber-Safe child and later, a safe adult. |
