You are here: Home > Educators > Librarians Della is a graduate of Salem-Teikyo University where she earned a BA in Secondary Education, English, & Library Science. She also holds a MS in Instructional Technology from Towson University. She is an adjunct faculty member at Towson University & is active in writing & teaching inservice courses in the Baltimore County Public Schools. As we build this page, we want to hear from you...we'll publish special announcements, special librarian sites & sites of interest to librarians. I also want to honor special librarians & will take recommendations from children, parents & other librarians. We'll also keep you informed about the legal issues relating to filtering & blocking in libraries, & will invite special guests here to discuss the issue from time to time.
